Hello everyone!

I wanted to tell you about the new posts I will be publishing on the blog in the next few days. I will be addressing very interesting topics about product discovery and product delivery.

For those who don’t know, product discovery is a critical phase in product development, where the product team researches and uncovers user needs and market opportunities to determine the direction of the product. It is a continuous process that takes place throughout the product lifecycle.

On the other hand, product delivery is the process of delivering the product to the market once it has been developed. It includes the planning, design, implementation, testing and launch of the product. The ultimate goal of product delivery is to deliver a high quality product that satisfies the needs of the users and generates a positive impact on the business.

In my next few posts, I will delve deeper into each of these phases and explain how product managers and product teams can effectively implement them in their product development process. I will also share some useful tools and techniques that can help at each stage.

I’m excited to share all my knowledge and experience on this topic with you. I hope you enjoy the next posts! Don’t forget to subscribe to the blog so you don’t miss any of them.

See you soon!
